We are so excited to be nearing the end of our building in Hammonds Plains. This is a multi unit building with 2 residential units on the upper floor, and 2 commercial spaces on the main level. The Chelsea L Real Estate Team office will be on the bottom, left side of the building.
Ben & Chelsea Lawlor decided to purchase the land in Hammonds Plains for the building location because it's always been a goal of Chelsea's to end up back in Hammonds Plains. Chelsea ( previously LeFort) grew up in Hammonds Plains and so many family members & family friends still live in the area. While setting our own family roots with our "forever home" in Hammonds Plains, & knowing our son will go to the same school Chelsea started out in (Hammonds Plains Consolidated School, AKA HPCS - Elementary). We feel so lucky to have found a piece of land RIGHT NEXT DOOR to it.
Chelsea, who started her career in Real Estate in 2011, hopes to service the Real Estate needs in Hammonds Plains for many years to come.
