When designing our forever home, the kitchen was so so important to me. For reference, our cabinets were installed in December, we moved in January.... it's June and I have only JUST finalized this space. Am I the only one that struggles with decorating shelves?! It actually takes me f o r e v e r to collect the best pieces for decor. I've been doing it over time and swapping one piece for another until it just fits. I am SO happy with how this turned out but let's be honest.. this has taken me months lol.
I like to collect little treasures until a space eventually works! These pieces were found between Home Sense, Marshalls, Ikea, local markets, small town stores, thrifting stores.. and it keeps going lol. That being said, don't give up if it doesn't feel right just yet in a space. Keep treasure hunting until it makes you smile :).

Also! Since this is a common question, here is the coffee machine we went with. Honestly, we use it A LOT & still don't regret our choice. It was a splurge for sure, but being able to make yummy lattes with a click of a button at home, has been a whole new experience haha.
